MMG supported recruitment of 300 adolescents aged 13 to 17 with schizophrenia at 59 sites and 290 adolescents aged 10 to 17 with bipolar disorder at 30 sites for this 2-year global study.
Recruitment Challenge
Reaching parents of children with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, often newly-diagnosed, is difficult, as they are cautious of changing their children’s routines and reluctant to consider a clinical trial.
Results
MMG assisted in enrolling 598 participants – exceeding enrollment goals.
